All paintings by A. Fields are made to order and carefully prepared for shipment once complete.

Processing Time

Custom paintings are typically completed within 10–14 days. Larger commissions may require additional time depending on scale.

You will receive confirmation when your painting is finished and ready to ship.

Shipping Within Canada

Paintings are securely packaged to protect the frame and surface during transit. Tracking information is provided once your order ships.

Shipping times vary by location but typically range from 2–7 business days within Canada.

If you require delivery by a specific date, please mention this at the time of inquiry.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available upon request. Shipping timelines and rates will be confirmed prior to completion.

Packaging

Each painting is:

• Signed
• Finished with care
• Protected with corner guards and padding
• Shipped in a reinforced box

Every effort is made to ensure your painting arrives safely and ready to hang.

Returns

Because each painting is made to order, returns are not accepted for change of mind.

If your painting arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and artwork. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation.
Once the painting process has begun, cancellations are not available.
